Individual

We utilise individual assessment and intervention to address wellbeing, anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflict resolution in addition to supporting health building of self-identity.

Group
Group sessions are aimed at supporting people to feel more connected and develop insight and skills in communication. These groups are shown to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and allow a strength based reflective forum for attendees to process their experience in a safe environment.
Current Expressions of Interest being accepted for a Social Anxiety support group for adults with Intellectual Disability and a Forgotten Victims group for friends and family members of people who have committed serious crime.
