We utilise individual assessment and intervention to address wellbeing, anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflict resolution in addition to supporting health building of self-identity. 

  • Neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+ safe, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Individual counselling for adolescents and adults
  • Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR)
  • Individual therapy for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans
  • Psychological assessment for adolescents and adults (including autism/ADHD)

Group sessions are aimed at supporting people to feel more connected and develop insight and skills in communication. These groups are shown to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and allow a strength based reflective forum for attendees to process their experience in a safe environment. 

Current Expressions of Interest being accepted for a Social Anxiety support group for adults with Intellectual Disability and a Forgotten Victims group for friends and family members of people who have committed serious crime.
